Drug Offenses

The State of Arizona drug enforcement provisions are found in Title 13 chapter 34. If you are charged with any possession offense call our office right away. Keep in mind that except for certain exceptions, and notwithstanding any law to the contrary, any person who is convicted of the personal possession or use of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia is elgible for probation. This is the result of an initiative meassure codified as ARS 13-901.01 and clarified by the Arizona Court of Appeals in State v. Estrada, a case tried by Randall J. Craig.
